Mail Box
Last year I photographed the inside of this apartment to document it for a friend.
I was trying to shoot details as a record, but a few shotswere interesting in their own right.
I think these mail boxes are one of those shots.

Yes, this is certainly interesting – the angle is terrific, and I like the bright look, too.

Thank you Lynn. Angles with really wide lenses are often challenging. This one I just lined up with the wall on the left, and everything pretty much fell into place as a result.

I don’t think I would think to do that, because everything else is skewed, and that’s a good deal of what makes the photo so interesting. OK, I’ll try to remember to try lining up a wide angle shot at the edge of he frame now. (Good luck with that, with my memory…).

I won’t claim that it was a decision with a goal in mind any more robust than finding something, anything, in the photo to make into an edge.
