  1. Very nice. This picture reminds me of Christmas holidays! It’s nicely finished by the shine on the tip of the blue petal. Is that real or photoshopped?

    • Hi James, welcome to my blog. The photo is pretty much as it came out of the camera – I adjusted the contrast a little bit to darken the background a bit more, and a tiny bit of cropping (about 2%), all with the very simple tools in Picasa3, I don’t know how to use photoshop. I did spend quite a lot of attention to positioning the camera to get that shine just right.
