Cloud Pool V

Another hole in the bedrock holding a piece of the sky in the Chinese Cemetery – and like a few days ago taken in the wind, with much of the water blown or evaporated from the pool

There is still enough water in the pool for a great reflection but I really like the arch of the bedrock which seems to be pushing up out of the ground. Very nice shot.

Thanks Ken. I had not thought of it quite that way. But now that you mention it, these lumps of glacially smooth bedrock often do seem to be pushing up, rather like slow bubbles of some kind.

Nice shot – but what I REALLY like is when you wrote “another hole in the bedrock holding a piece of the sky…” That’s just poetic, my friend!

Hi Melinda – thanks. Every now and then a word or two falls into the correct order. It is the monkey in me I think.

I’m not trying to argue or anything, but really? The monkey? I don’t think so.

You could be right. Since there was no typewriter involved either.

If there WERE a typewriter, then the monkey could be (or: already is) working at the Spontaneous Prose Store.
