Pond Leaves
One of the ponds at the Horticultural Centre of the Pacific had these dead and alive leaves. I have no idea what they are, but like the way they look.

Thanks John. I was on a low bridge, almost like a dock, which got me quite close to the water surface.

Strangely these both remind me of exotic oriental soups. The top one looks most delicious to me! (yummy)

I totally agree. Not sure why it would look that way. Funnily enough, this pond is in the Japanese garden.
