More from my series taken near the corner of Johnson and Cook Streets here in Victoria. This house is on Johnson, just a few steps east of Cook.

Yesterday I presented a time-lapse video of the tires being changed on my car. Today I show some stills taken from that sequence as I thought there were a few shots that flit by in the video which are worthy of a closer look.

Today’s post is about making a silk purse from a flat tire. It is a story of timelapse photography and how getting my computer upgraded resulted in four new tires, on my car, and an unexpected timelapse.

Nearing the end of my series from the corner of Johnson and Cook Streets here in Victoria, with a splash of yellow.

This time-lapse was an experiment to capture rain drops moving around on wildflowers as they were rained on. While it did not really work the way I had hoped I like the way it turned out – it is a peaceful and gentle video. Calming even.
