burnt embers

A final Friday Harbor image prepared before I went on holiday. I may post more from that visit, but expect in advance to have a new supply of images to draw on.

This foundation is quite small and I have no idea what it is from, though I have some niggling memory that it is the remnant of a WWII harbour defense of some kind. That might have been someone’s speculation when I was a child, or my own imagination playing games.
