I’m working backwards through your posts. I’m not sure if I prefer the black and white one or not, though I see that it does emphasize the angles. I like the colours in this one very much.

Yeah, I was seduced by those colours, and I don’t mind the colour version at all, except it is not the best way to see the angles. Maybe looking at the b&w first is a good idea.

Thanks Ken – me too. I like also the difference between the angels of the trees and the angle of the shadows. I have just been redoing this shot in b&w which shows off better what interested me in this photo. I will post that one tomorrow. I got seduced by the colour of the river and did not convert first time around, which I realise now I should have.
