Why Does This Even Exist?
When I saw this large as life creation that now lounges in a second-hand store in Esquimalt all I could think was Why?.
Why would someone make it in the first place?
And a lot of related why? questions to go with that one.
The questions do make for a moderately interesting photograph, so I won’t complain.

Yes, it’s really bizarre, and it immediately begs your question. And I have to ask – is it nude and did you place the towel? It just adds to the questions! 😉

Hi Lynn – bizarre is a good descriptor. The towel is part of the piece, along with pillows behind the head. I couldn’t bring myself to touch it so I don’t know what it’s made of – something hard like fiberglass I would guess. I took a picture of it in angled mirrors that are up by the ceiling (which are in themselves a bizarre) and it does appear to be nude, and perhaps female.
