I think it might be. I wonder if viewing with a UV light, or maybe software to enhance traces of colour, whether we might be able to get the message.

Or, maybe if you NEED to know the information will be somehow transmitted to you (probably via a tinfoil hat).

It might be a tinfoil beard, braided with beads and maintained with fishoil and ganja smoke.
