No Night Parking
There are about 3 parking spots next to this sign, and the beach down below is a spot that young people like to party late into the night.
Hence the fire prohibition and highly unusual parking restrictions.
I have no explanation for the rubbish, it too is highly unusual in this neighbourhood.
