Mixed Solo
Its confirmed, we are counting down. From a trio, through the duo, to the lonely solo.
This light probably feels all mixed up, residing on a mixed wall.
The wall is part of the alley-side of a building I showed before here.

love how you composed it, leavin a bit of sky in the frame… yet another brilliant graphic shot!!

Thank you Alexandra – the alley is so narrow that there is only a bit of sky to see, and one yearns to include it in photos when in the alley as there is so little of it. If that makes sense – the sky becomes a graphic element in its own right, but also not nearly enough if the natural.

I like the way the wisp of a cloud is confined above just one section of the building!

Me too! I wondered if anyone else would notice. Though I must admit, I did not notice it when framing the shot. Liked it when I finally did notice though.

It’s odd how details like this become very important to the shot, even though we didn’t think we knew about them when we composed the image,

I like how you put that. Probably it is true that it figured into the framing as I walked down the alley looking skyward.

Yours and mine perhaps, not everyone’s though. Some are dumber, which makes sense in a bell-curve world.

That might be the scariest set of statistics I’ve seen in a while!

Funny thing is I had seen a much longer article which looked at all the main news providers in the USA but I could not find it, even with multiple searches. It seems like a story that has been suppressed.
Which is proof that it did not play on any of the main networks – none of them came out smelling like roses, though none were nearly this bad. NPR was best (and comparatively fragrant), then I think CNN came out pretty well on the truthfulness front.
The article I read said that Americans who did not watch the news tested as considerably better informed than those that did!!!

I think this is the strongest photo of the three. It has more of that graphic quality I seem to like in architectural photos. The round light really offsets those straight lines.

It is my favourite as well, for the reasons you have given. In terms of the series, I also like the next (and last) shot – which has no lights at all.
