I often photograph the Ross Bay storm drain, and frequently when testing film cameras.

This time I was putting an Olympus mjuII (aka Stylus Epic) through the paces, including at the ocean edge.

For some reason I decided to take some detail shots, something I have not done for a couple of years.

Maybe it was something to do with the camera – the small feel of it perhaps.
