SGang Gwaay VII
Another shot taken while travelling on the Passing Cloud at the UNESCO World Heritage Site SGang Gwaay on the south-west side of Gwaii Haanas.
On this visit Harold was our engaging Haida guide.
He shared a lot of history of the place, and of his own family and clan connections to the crests on these poles.
It is always a pleasure to hear about these connections that keep places like this alive in the culture and descendants.
