Hi Kate. I like that it is isn’t straight – shows it is doing its job. But, is the job to protect whoever it is that has a smoke in those chairs, butting them out in an MJB coffee can. Or is it to avoid a heavy load on the trap doors in the pavement. I will probably never know. But it would be interesting to see the bumper of the vehicle that managed to tilt the bollard that much.
