Fried Boots apparently has no intended meaning – the owner had these letters and this was the a combination he liked.
I am glad to hear that, because on Quadra Island, boots are most likely to be rubber, and gumboots that have been worn a lot are likely to be quite disgusting fried.
Fried Boots is more local and thought provoking than many of the options such as Toes of Bird, Tribes Food or even Bed of Riots.

Corrugated iron is not all that common in this part of the world – I had to go to Quadra Island to find this bit.
