Bedrock Drift
This photograph is from the same time as my Sahsima Drift and Trial Island with Erratic posts.
I found this piece of driftwood fascinating, with a very nice curve and great contrast to the dark rough bedrock of the beach.

Great details and natural textures here, Ehpem, wonderfully captured!

Why thank you. The beach down by the Chinese Cemetery has awesome textures, and lots of variety.

I like this shot quite a bit – you knew I would, didn’t you?

Thanks! I am not so sure about this shot myself, so I don’t know if I would have guessed as you have pretty high standards for what you post.

Thank you Lynn. It is not the easiest beach to walk on – slippery rocks most of the time and a very uneven surface. But particularly nice looking in black and white.
