Fiishing communities seem to like bright colours here as in Nova Scotia.

I wonder if they were bright coloured before this moved from a fishing community to a tourist town. I don’t recall it being brightly coloured – my memory is that Bamfield was much more so, but I was in Tofino in the winter and nothing much looks bright during those wet west coast winters.
