Fishies
This forecourt to a hotel is an important stopping point in my granddaughter’s personal geography.
When on foot or in stroller this is a must stop, often for 30 minutes or longer, to watch the fish.
I was meeting her and her mother downtown but after a while decided I should walk the 3 or 4 blocks over here to join them.

Thank you Sherry. I am glad you like it. The colour bothers me a bit – there is a colour cast to this roll that I have had trouble dealing with while scanning. I had to redo my scanning workflow completely and this was as close as I could get to where I thought I should be.

Ha, I just realised you were commenting on Fishies, not Fishes a more recent post. So scrub that comment. This one has pretty good colour, I agree.

Wonderful colour (color) rendering. Great stuff, film.

Hi Patrick. It’s colour in Canada, at least for most Canadians that I know. I did some minor tweaks on the colour here – the aged film was a bit off and not in a nice way, but an auto adjustment off the pavement provided a small adjustment that made it just what I thought it should be. I find the hybrid film/digital world a pretty good place to be.
