I am puzzled. What is the refrigerator-like object and are those reflections or trompe l’oeil graffiti ?

Hi Valerie. The fridge like object is a hydro box of some kind – a transformer maybe. It is covered with a historical photo, I suppose to help dissuade graffiti, though there is a bit on the sky. The signage behind is hoarding or billboard advertising for the development down the street.
