This renovation of a long derelict building on the waterfront is nearing completion.

I shot this through a very grimy window, lens hood pressed against window pane.

  Hi Mario – I really like how everything is a bit soft – all the windows had a thin coating of dust, probably from sanding drywall or similar. It really softened the light in this room.
