Atlas Junk was parked behind this brightly coloured building.
Perhaps a former church (it is on Church Street, which seems to be church-less these days).
It now seems to contain a tea shop. Maybe Atlas needed a nice cuppa.
Those vehicle barrier poles sure look flimsy, not even a bicycle would be slowed by them.
