Yeatman
Looking out of Yeatman Bay on Quadra Island.
This is the beach that was in front of our tent camp in August.
I took quite a few film shots here which I will have back from the lab in two or three weeks.
Cross Drain
The storm drain in the morning, with an overnight cross.
An hour later the cross was gone.
Probably because it had a bible reference in red paint.
Paint that was applied while the cross was resting on the log in the foreground, where some was spilled.
Heater Sunset

Archaeological Notes
While working on Quadra Island in August the sun would occasionally cast shadows of the forest across our notebooks
Hotspring Outlook
Change rooms at Hotspring Island in Gwaii Haanas.
This building, or perhaps the one next to it, was moved a bit when the new pools were installed last winter.
This is another of the Gwaii Haanas locations with “street view” images in Google maps (link here, set to start in front of this building)

Big Spruce
This spruce is along a trail in Windy Bay, Gwaii Haanas
Surprising to me is that google maps has a “street view” of the trail which is kind of fun to follow (link here starts at this tree).
