I had a photo outing to St. Stephen’s churchyard with a friend, seen here testing a Rolleicord TLR that he has been repairing.
The St. Stephen’s Anglican Church website says it is “the oldest church in British Columbia used continuously as a place of worship since its construction.”

Shooting kids with a camera as unwieldy as the Mamiya RB67 seems kind of nuts.
Not just seems, but is.
Even so I got a few useful shots.
These barriers were installed after an elderly couple drove off the end of the road and down towards Gonzales Beach 30 feet below.

I think perhaps the problem was an intermittently cold battery as the camera went in and out of my pocket, but have not had time to confirm yet.
I think this clinker built boat’s salmon days are over, despite the sign.
Perhaps it’s not even clinker built, but just rotting as if the planks are overlapping.
