One of Those Summer Days
It was one of those summer days yesterday, a national holiday, that takes you outdoors and keeps you there. In these photos are a couple of my neighbours who launched their kayaks from the beach at the end of the road.
We call this Pebble Beach (though others have different names for it), and it has shown up on my blog quite often. Since it is only half a block from the house, I take a lot of pictures of it. This vantage is from the bluffs in Trafalgar Park, another frequent visitor to these pages.

Thanks for commenting elmediat – it brought me back to this post as well, and now am wishing for these summer days again. Even though today is wonderful weather, there is a nip in the air. Thank goodness we are not getting snow in awesome quantities.
