Looking Up II
Another of the things I saw when I looked up in this derelict house with Melinda Green Harvey.
No one stole the ceiling furniture, maybe they needed the light for their work.
Or, they didn’t look up.

“Ceiling furniture” is an excellent term! I am going to pass it along to the architects I know, in hopes that it will become more widely used.

Did I make something up that is useful? Holy smokes. Or Smoked Beer. Or whatever an appropriate exclamation of disbelief would be.

“Smoked beer!” would probably be my preference. (And it’s a good saying, too.)

Ehpem, this looks like a charcoal sketch rather than a photo – love the texture and tonality.

Hi Lynn, thanks for the comment. This particular processing does have that effect which I quite like. I decided to run all the ceiling shots the same way, though some might have been better processed a bit differently.
