Not totally sure what was going on Oak Bay Avenue when I turned the corner to a blocked off street and characters like this.
I think it was a Halloween party for children, not quite underway.

Not sure if it is my reader acting up but I cannot see an image in this post, Mr E. I clicked on the link to see it on 52 Rolls and it took me to the previous roll of film with all the beautiful seascapes.
