This is from a roll of colour that was published on my 52 Rolls project (this link).
I thought it looked like a good candidate for conversion to black and white, so have revisited it.

Certainly looks good in B&W – especially the inky sea.

Thank you Andy! I find that I often am thinking “this would look good in b&w” even while shooting colour film, so I don’t feel any compunction to convert my colour images this way.

An excellent candidate for black and white. I don’t know why we don’t see more b&w sunsets.

Thank you Ken. It is a good question as both sunrise and sunset often provide the best light for skies and clouds and b&w thrives on good light.
