Spring Bulbs | burnt embers

Spring Bulbs

This was a few weeks ago when spring was pushing its way out of the cold winter.

Look at those nice green shoots of the spring bulbs in the flower bed.

Olympus XA2, Ilford XP2, this roll metered variously between ISO200 and 800 depending on the light.

I am guessing this was ISO400.

Sorry, that’s not what I’m looking at! Sometimes snow is a good thing, it certainly was here – such a terrific shot! I love how the wild unpredictability of the snow contrasts with the everyday delivery scene.

  Thank you Lynn. This was totally unpredictable. It only lasted 20 minutes and then was back to normal spring weather.
