This is a very strong image, I think. The juxtaposition of each of the elements, the composition, the emotion. Poignant.

Thank you Lynn – another comment I lost track of I am afraid. I am very glad you like this image. I really like it a lot, and I could see right away that it would work. I would prefer she was looking right at the camera, but without getting that shot to compare, I suspect that this version might be stronger anyway.
