Speedy Soufflé
A soufflé must be served straight from the oven, rapidly but carefully.
This one my son made for his mother’s birthday a couple of months ago.
It was delicious.
I quite like the motion blur in this shot, it works for me.
I am away for a few weeks so will be even slower than usual on replying to comments.
But I will when I come back on the grid.
