Not Dog
Well, this one (as opposed to this other one) is, in my mind, a storm drain photo.
Not a freighter photo, and especially not a dog photo.
But they do add something.

The way the freighter lines up is interesting, a little unexpected – I like it.

Hi Lynn, the first time I ever took a picture of the storm drain, it was because there was a bright red crab pot float aligned off the drain (Feb 2012 http://wp.me/a1R4lY-1UF). I have tried to resist such arrangements as they seem a bit forced, but this one pretty much just happened, though I did see that it was happening. And there are a few others for sure. I think this is the best one though – the proportions are just right
