I only took 2 shots on film inside the Union Station in LA when I was taking the photo workshop with Sam Abell.
I should have taken more as I like this photo better than the ones I took of the same location with digital.

After shooting at the Santa Monica pier during the photography workshop several of us had a late breakfast nearby.
Our instructor Sam Abell was there, it was his birthday, and someone got him a cake.

My DSLR got so wet, in about 5 minutes, that it stopped working.

I went for a walk with friends and found these huge boulders to be particularly striking.
I’m glad I had the fish eye lens with me – this is just the kind of subject it is well suited for.
A couple of months ago I was cooling my heels in Esquimalt waiting to continue on a road trip up island.
I had a camera with good film and good light, so I was set.
