De La Beche
Another view from my recent voyage on the Passing Cloud, this time a quiet morning in De La Beche Inlet.
This location is on the east side of Moresby Island at the west end of Juan Perez Sound towards the southern end of Haida Gwaii.
Canon 5Dii, EF 16-35/2.8 lens @ 16mm, ISO400, f5, 1/2500th

Thank you Andy. There are times when a very wide lens makes a great deal of difference, and this was one of them. I am interested to see my film versions of this shot made with a 35mm lens – I think this one is going to be hard to beat.

Now there is an idea. I will look into it, though perhaps in a few days when I am more settled in to home.
