Another albatross seen on the ocean surface west of Kunghit Island from the schooner the Passing Cloud, while cruising around Gwaii Haanas in southern Haida Gwaii.

Once again I am in the field, though not so far afield as the trip to Haida Gwaii.

Consequently I may be a bit slow responding to comments, but please leave them if you have thoughts about any of my photos.

   • Thankyou Pauletry. I find it amazing to see albatrosses swimming. I had only ever (and rarely) seen them flying.
