Market Vendor
A food vendor in Bastion Square, Victoria. I did not stop for food here, so can’t vouch for them one way or the other.
However, in the background through the serving windows is the Rebar vegetarian restaurant which is by and large excellent.
(My only caveat is a friend was just in there, sitting at the bar where they were making smoothies and observed that the labels on the fruit and veg were going into the blender!
But really, the food is excellent. And their cookbook is very good too).

Yes! I wonder if those labels are organic or otherwise normally considered edible. I think this was an aberration as they are really quite particular about their food, very detail oriented. Perhaps new staff confused about their duties, or old staff on their way out the door.
