Storm Break
One of the things that is so wonderful about Victoria is that even in the middle of a long period of winter cloud and storm the sun will appear for a few minutes, or an hour, here and there throughout the week. When it does, the light is great so it is always worth having a camera along to make the most of these unpredictable moments.
This was made with my phone, though I have some film in a camera of the same scene that may, or may not, come out since it is no-name rebranded and probably long expired film.

You’ve caught that ‘breakthrough’ of light beautifully – a special moment that so often happens as a surprise but what a joy when the light path across the water is added in.

Hi Andy – nice to see you back. I hope your move is going/has gone well.
I love coming across these moments – they are so short lived and give a sense of urgency to photography that often is lacking.
