This is along the Hollywood walk of fame (see the stars?), but at the seedy end of the walk.
When I was editing this photo, I was creeped out to find that the guy behind the umbrella was keeping a careful eye on us (see detail below).
I am out of town for a few days and may not be responding to comments until I get back.

I love the photo Mr E! This looks like a place that needs a lot of TLC but would clean up wonderfully. Your man with the umbrella is acting very suspiciously! What is he doing there?? And what is he sitting on? Enjoy your trip!

Both men were camping there. I was amazed at the number of homeless people sleeping out in the rain in this part of Hollywood. Quite depressing, even though we have homeless in my town, the scale of it in this area was mind boggling.
