Thanks Lynn (all my commentors today are Lynns) – the HCP is a fabulous place with lovely gardens but a primary purpose of horticultural education. I think you would love it.

Right up my alley – I love combinations of leaves, for the textures and colors. This one is excellent.

Thanks Lynn – I had to take 2 shots because the XA2 has a scale focus – you slide a knob for three different focal distances – and of course I had left it on the default which does not focus this close. I was pushing near focus anyway with this shot, but it came out ok.
