More from Fernwood while waiting for pie to be made ready at Patisserie Daniel, this time a couple of blocks away on Mason Street.
Another shot in the Fernwood area while I was waiting for the bakery to get a pie ready for me.
This is on the same street as yesterday’s shot, less than a block away. It is a parking area next to the Parsonage Cafe, which is part of the Fernwood Coffee Company. This is as close as I could find to an alley on my wanderings on the weekend.
These buildings are on a side street in the Fernwood area of Victoria. Various elements interested me, like the nearly square building front, round sign, the parking sign and more so it’s shadow, and that it is a pot-shop.
A fallen grave marker in Ross Bay Cemetery. Probably pushed over by vandals, it is now mortared into place on top of the slab covering the grave, the lower half of the marker still in place at one end.
The top of a tall grave marker in Ross Bay Cemetery.
Two more tiled surfaces on graves in Ross Bay Cemetery. I like the tiling and it’s decrepitude better in the first of this series, but in their different ways these are nice too.
